“It’s important for readers to know just how amazing the services you provide are! I called 3 different places and all said I needed a new hot water heater and it would run me some $1000-$1500 depending on tank etc … I called your place this morning at 9:30 AM or so, spoke with Tammy and she took some information about what I was experiencing – namely flame not staying on after initial lighting. She called me back in no more than 15 minutes saying you knew exactly what the problem was, the part I would need, and called me back again 10 minutes later with the price of $348! Practically $1000 less than others. I was even skeptical and asked her, if this does not fix it am I out the $340 and she said no!
You were at my place 4 hours later at 2:45, part replaced by 2:55, test completed by 3 PM.
You made me and hopefully others realize there are people with trade skills that are willing to go above and beyond and actually diagnose and resolve a problem. Now the buyers who are moving into this house in 3 weeks will be able to do so knowing they have a functional system, and I know they will be in good hands!
